Robert Smith, President of Gamersrage LLC, directs the company in consulting for the gaming industry. As a technology advisor, he assists with technical planning and product design, implementation, integration, and project management. Additionally, he develops and maintains relationships with industry leaders.

Mr. Smith was CIO of CallNet Communications Inc., a residential telecom provider since 1986. He has also served as a Sr Systems Analyst for JetPay LLC, a Dallas-based payments processor. He earned a bachelor of science in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Joesph 'Myke' Sanders, Vice President of Operations, is Gamersrage's lead design engineer. He has more than 10 years experience in the programming community and a strong gaming background. His accomplishments include transaction and billing software, Small-talk based web development, and several smaller computer games for PC. He is fluent in over 12 different programming languages and 3 major database systems.

Mr. Sanders manages all operations and development personnel, and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Chief Financial Officer of Gamersrage LLC, oversees finance and operations for all subsidiary companies. Her 20-year career in the field of finance includes experience in the technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, energy, and retail industries. Ms. Wagner has held controller and CFO positions with companies in the emerging and growth sectors, served as internal audit manager for Zale Corporation and senior auditor at Deloitte and Touche.

Ms. Wagner graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. As chief financial officer of Gamersrage, LLC, Ms. Wagner manages oversight of all finance and accounting operations, human resources administration, and corporate affairs.
